Really comfortable room, welcoming staff, tasty and plentiful breakfast.
Since the windows faced the street, the buzz of visitors from the concert hall opposite could be heard until midnight. Unfortunately, there is nothing the hotel can do about this.

The room was well appointed with a king size bed, plush towels and space to move around. Very close to The Grand Place (square) and numerous restaurants + Belguim chocolates. Breakfast was gourmet…delicious and plentiful! David, the Concierge, was extremely helpful when we needed help to the train station - a huge asset to The Warwick Group!!

Certain employees were good. Location was excellent.
Room was too hot. Even in September. Air controlled by the front office.If you open the window there are people partying til all hours of the early morning,. Breakfast was repetitive and it wasn't replenish in a timely manner. Roof top bar employees were down right rude. You'd think for what they charge you'd be getting a better value for your money
