I had reserved a basic room, but decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite. The receptionist threw in the buffet breakfast and the executive lounge, and gave us a good price. It was a smart move, extras made the experience even more comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the Brussels Central train station, very convenient. The neighborhood is busy, and there is a miniature homeless encampment in a sheltered alley around the corner, but nothing to get upset about. The soundproofing is very good. We visited during a Labor Day (May 1) festival, and some of the highly amplified music leaked in the windows, but it was tolerable. The location is right where we wanted to be able to walk to the sights we wanted to see, no need for a car. We had a splendid view from the upper floor window.

The location is fantastic, as the hotel is located just across the central station. The hotel is also steps away from the city center. The hotel, as well as the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good and offered various options.
The chaos and long waiting time at the reception. When we arrived at 14:50 our 2 bedrooms were still not ready. They asked us to wait 5 minutes and in the end we had to wait 20 minutes. To check-in and check-out there were always long lines. There hotel has few staff at the reception and the few staff that is there seems to be overwhelmed. The only positive thing I can say from the reception is that my daughter got sick and one of the staff helped me to find a hospital where I could bring her.

No complementary water had to pay €3.50 a bottle.
Only two small creamers to make coffee but was lots it coffee and tea. Why only two cream. Mattress very uncomfortable. Come over on a P&O ferry from hull bed was more comfortable on the ship.

Hartje Brussel, We liepen de parkeergarage uit en stonden praktisch voor het Hilton. De Receptie medewerker heeft ons prima geholpen heeft alleen geen gevoel voor humor. We hadden al betaald via booking en we moesten nog borg gaan betalen. Dit vonden we een beetje verwonderlijk.
Als je wilt dat ik negatiefe zaken ga schrijven en dan ook minimaal een aantal woorden moet gaan gebruiken vindt ik dat wel een beetje jammer. Ons verblijf was prima maar deze vragenlijst te veel gericht op negativiteit.

Location was perfect.
Lacking several things one expects from a Hilton. No bathrobes. No toiletry items in bathroom. No coffee maker, just a kettle and instant coffee. No bottled water. Room was sparsely decorated with no artwork. Restaurant is very small with a limited menu and indifferent staff. Front desk service perfunctory and unhelpful. Though we requested a quiet room, we were assigned a room fronting onto a large and busy square where a very noisy demonstration was held.

Vergelijkbaar met een goed 3sterren hotel. Centraal gelegen.
Druk…. Personeel s avonds echt onderbemand. Na 25 min wachten in de bar…uiteindelijk opgestaan. We hadden hier op vele vlakken veel meer van verwacht. Niet top. Gelukkig is het centrum dichtbij met veel leuks te beleven.

L'emplacement idéal, près de tout, 10m de la gare centrale, les bus et la grande place à côté on ne peut pas mieux placer d'après nous, mais vraiment excellent endroit. Sauf, sauf le petit déjeuner est trop cher.
On peut tout faire à pieds génialissime.
Le fait que l'hôtel n'a pas de parking dédié aux clients. Il y a un parking payant juste en dessous, heureusement il n'est pas trop cher le prix du petit déjeuner pour une personne ailleurs 22 € pour 24 heures 😅😅.
J'aurai aimé avoir un spécial anniversaire c'était le but de notre séjour, le réceptionniste nous a dit qu'il y en avait pas. Dommage !

The front-desk staff was very helpful. In particular, Sarah (I believe that's her name) was delightful. The housekeeping staff was responsive. The location is great, for the most part. Great value: I made the reservation at the last possible minute, and I was pleasantly surprised by the rate.
The hotel is centrally located, so it's easy to walk to places. The hotel is a literal stone's throw from the train station, and the area can feel the slightest bit sketchy at night.

The location was excellent and it was across from the central station. We got a train back to the airport on the day of the departure.
The room we got was different from the photo on the website. It looked much smaller and it looked down on the dumpster below. On the website, it stated that we get bathrobes but none was left and when I asked for it, only one came. None for my partner. On the second day, the staff did not replenish the empty tea/coffee tray. The bottom seal of the shower screen was missing so the marble floor was wet after each shower. The breakfast was smaller than most 4 star hotel and the hot food was cold and the variety was poor.

Frühstück war immer gut. Zimmer ok. Lage zentral. Man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel wohl. Alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend.
Wenn wir an die Zimmertüre hängen, dass nicht gereinigt werden soll (privacy Schild), dann sollte das beachtet werden, weil wir es auch den Reinigungskräften persönlich mitgeteilt haben.
Nachts von 23 Uhr bis 1 Uhr, also ca. 2 Stunden lang, flogen Flugzeuge über das Zentrum der Stadt.

Best part is the location, right front of the Central train station and near Grand place.
It’s a 3* Hotel and you get absolutely no extra service. No one to help your luggages. No one answer house keeping number, finally when someone answered she told me to hold the line, after about 15min line got cut.
Breakfast is bear minimal.
Price is very expensive for what they offer with very basic hotel. But if you go with a mindset that you are paying for the location, you will be satisfied.

Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. No issues moving us to a bigger room when one became available. Location to everything, central station next door, The Grand Place and fantastic restaurants an easy 5 min walk away.
Perhaps keep an eye on the breakfast in the lounge as after 9am there’s little left and it doesn’t get restocked. Otherwise it’s all you need to start your day.

Poucas comodidades para um padrão Hilton, não tinha um roupão nem chinelos de quarto. Não tinha uma garrafa de água no quarto. A precisar de modernização.

Prijs kwaliteit niet oké kamer was basic alles was aanwezig maar bed was echt vreselijk als de ene beweegt gaat de andere omhoog.
Bij inchecken geen uitleg gekregen waar de lift was hoe deze werkte(met pasje dus) was wel handig geweest. En oordopjes wel gewenst dat buiten geluid is niet erg ligt ook aan de lokatie maar dichtvallende deuren mensen op de gang die je hoort praten verwacht je niet in het Hilton aangezien je echt wel 20% meer betaald voor 1 nacht zie je dit niet terug.

Posizione fantastica, di fronte alla stazione centrale e a 3 minuti dal centro, purtroppo eravamo due coppie e ci hanno dato due camere molto distanti, nonostante la mia richiesta in anticipo di averle vicine. La nostra camera 110 era molto spaziosa, da poco ristrutturata con un ampio bagno e una grande doccia, la camera 317 dei nostri amici invece era datata a tal punto che abbiamo dovuto anche richiedere gli spurghi.
La colazione prevede un ampio buffet con pietanze sia dolci che salate, macchina per i waffle e quella dei pancakes, davvero super abbondante e buona! Purtroppo in camera non c'era della ciabatte usa e getta che ci avrebbero fatto molto comodo..
Consiglio di fornire accapatoi e ciabatte usa e getta nelle stanze.

Vraiment très déçue, super cher pour la qualité de la chambre. Des draps troués, papier peint arraché dans la salle de bain. Le porte serviette ne tient même pas. Il est tombé sur le pied de mon fils où on est au mois de mars. Il fait 25° dans la chambre super dur à dormir, tellement qu’il fait chaud impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres tellement qu’il y a du bruit Champ même pas insonorisé franchement pour un hôtel Hilton, je suis vraiment déçu et petit déjeuner incroyable. Je ne sais pas où il est l’incroyable arrivé à 10h 5 plus 2 pain au chocolat plus de petits pains la moitié des plats était vide et rien de bien spécial plus jamais, et surtout à 350 €, je vais largement autre part, très déçue. Le lait est mis pour le café était périmé, des toiles d’araignées un peu partout.

Je ne donne pas souvent de mauvaise évaluation, mais ce séjour le mérite. À notre arrivée, la personne a l’accueil nous reçoit avec un très peu cordial « carte d’identité et carte de crédit ». Elle remplit le dossier et nous donne les cartes sans autre détail. Elle aurait pu préciser l’heure du déjeuner car nous pensions qu’il était ouvert jusque 11h, comme lors d’un autre séjour, mais en semaine, cela ferme une heure plus tôt. Résultat, déjeuner payé dans l’offre mais jamais pris !
Ensuite direction la chambre. Commande sur Booking : un grand lit pour nous et un canapé lit pour les enfants. Chambre reçue : pas de canapé lit mais seulement un extra bed d’une 1 place qui gêne les déplacements dans la chambre. Au desk, le personnel qui me reçoit ne parle pas français. Je m’adresse à lui en français et il me répond en anglais … Indigne d’un 4 étoiles … Résultat de nos échanges, un deuxième extra bed dans la chambre … on se serait cru au camping … Et pour clôturer : pas de restaurant le dimanche et le lundi … Franchement pas top cette expérience.

We really love location of the hotel, very close to the main square. The metro station is in front of the hotel. We walk from hotel to most of the city sights. The breakfast was excellent, especially the possibility to make our own waffles. The service was very good, and the staff at the reception surprised us with a few sentences in Croatian.

Junior member of my family was staying at the hotel alone, after my previous travels and satisfaction, I expected same level of corporate standards.
The hotel failed, on duty personnel did not deliver Hilton standard.
