The location was not easy. Tucked back in where cars have a problem finding you.
Beautifully designed a bit chopped up. Room was clean but under the bed never saw a vacuum. I was surprised about the dirt under there.

We arrived on an early flight. We called to the hotel to drop our bags off until our rooms were ready. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that one of our rooms was ready early and we were delighted to hear that both of our rooms had been upgraded to Junior Suites.
This hotel is the best and most beautiful we have ever stayed in. It is so luxurious. Our luggage was taken to our rooms for us. The Junior Suites we had were beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and simply delightful to spend time in. The rooms were huge, the beds were enormous and extremely comfortable. Fabulous rainwater shower and gorgeous toiletries. Air conditioning worked well - it was 36 degrees one of the days we were there so we were very appreciative of it. The staff were all incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful.
It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to The Grand Palace. There are plenty of good cafes, restaurants and shops near to the hotel. The area was quiet at night so it was easy to sleep.
We had an amazing stay in this heavenly hotel - we would return in a heartbeat.
Don't hesitate about booking this hotel - pamper yourself!
We loved everything.
A little suggestion would be to have a few more teabags and coffee pods in the rooms.

The hotel decor is nice and the few staff there was wonderful
I booked this hotel as we were travelling a long distance and I knew we would arrive late. This hotel offers 24 hr room service on their website. This is the only reason I booked it as we would need a late dinner. When we arrived we were told they were not doing room service and we’d need to uba something. As you can imagine at 10 at night the options were not great. Not what I’d expect from a five star hotel. Says mini bar in room but all that is there is two bottles of water. A wonderful waiter who had clocked off as the bar was shut (10.45pm) did open it to bring us a bottle of wine. Maybe the hotel is great but for the one night stay I booked it for was for what it offers and then found out none of which were available which was very disappointing.
