Great location with everything you need in walking distance. Clean and quiet apartment. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need for preparing smaller meals.
There are very few vegan options at the breakfast buffet. Overall still pricy considering there is no room service.

Excellent location. It is situated very close to the European Parliament and other institutions. There is a metro station and many grocery stores nearby.

The location was really good. Only 10 minutes pleasant walk to the Central station and a few bars and restaurants locally if you want to escape the busy-ness of the centre. The room was clean, the kitchenette was a brilliant bonus and the air con was welcomed. The area downstairs was a great space. The water fountain in reception was also a bonus.
So...I booked this for myself and my 18 year old son. Booking.com confirmed that we had a room with a double and single bed but BEWARE, this room does not exist. On arrival, we were placed in a double room. I explained that I couldn't share a bed with my son, however, there were no twin rooms available and they didn't have a put up bed either. The best the reception could do was to provide a duvet to roll up in the middle of the bed. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. We were given a 5 euro voucher for snacks but that was it.
I complained to Booking.com who said it was "unfortunate" but there is little else they can do, which I feel is poor. It didn't affect our holiday too much but it was far from ideal.
As I've said, I don't think this was a problem with the hotel, more a mis-selling of accommodation.
