The staff were very friendly, and upon arrival I was allowed to check in early after I arrived in Brussels ahead of schedule. The front desk apologised for the construction noise but it was not noticeable when in my room and it had stopped well before the evening. The breakfast was also fantastic. The central location of the hotel also made it very easy to get around the city.

Amenities were good
Building work during the week, not notified, although on the 6th floor still very loud at times. Also gym opened late on a Saturday & Sunday so I was unable to use before check out. Staff did not ask how my stay was on check out.

Location
Staff not welcoming. We had dirty water coming out of tapes and we called them only for to inform us that they water cut Since 7 am and came back at 17:00 that is why there was dirty water. Nobody came into our room to ask if I was comfortable for us.
