Clean, well organised, spacious and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and very efficient. The lady at the reception is very nice and will do everything to help solve issues. We were suite impressed.

Great location and staff on site was extremely responsive.
They gave me I've each day to address a medical issue I was having with my foot.
They gave me points to make up for the issues with the room.
The breakfast was terrific.
I gave them a punch list of the four issues with the room. The main issue was that the outlet on the right side of the bed was shorting out. You could hear it crackle as I used it. I had two adapters plugged into that outlet. Both developed issues powering their USB ports. Ones under warranty and I could use that to replace it. The other may be under warranty. I haven't checked yet.
When I called the hotel before checking in. It was a waste of time. The person who answered couldn't help me and promised callback that never happened.

Friendly and efficient staff, the decoration of the hotel is pleasant and refreshing with the cartoon vibes. Spacious room, large bed, large bathroom.
The room I got was with some minor issues, such as the roll-up curtain did not work, the plug in the bathtub leaked and the switching to the tap instead of the shower head did not work making it difficult to take a relaxing bath. A/C very noisy at high fan speed.
