Amazing accommodation for a short or longer stay, and a great location for the price (really close to train stations and the European Parliament).
The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. There is also a free coffee machine dispenser in the reception, a really nice surprise.
In the building, there is also a free-of-charge laundry room, and the washers and dryers work great.
The room has all the amenities you might need, from an iron, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, pots, coffee machine, and kettle.
The beds were really comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and the smart TV in the living area was a big plus. The sofa was also perfectly arranged for one person.
All in all, a great place, and I would recommend it.
All was great, even though some room corners might look a bit worn out.

I liked the overall decor and layout. It was organised. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was a lot of dust pretty much everywhere, on the sheets, on the ground and in the closet. There shouldn’t be dust in the closet where you put your clothes. Also, no tissues were provided during the stay. We had also wished if you had put some water bottles in the room because we don’t drink tap water.

Comfortable, clean well appointed accomodation with plenty of space. Good location with train station and local buses within 100 metres, metro station within a ten minute walk, allowing easy access to central Brussels.

Location was nice. Check in was fast and overall staff was friendly.
Some light switches did not work, also had prolems wit one of the toilet flush.
