Location. Valet Parking. Breakfast offering. Friendly support staff.
Room not ready on arrival. Car and Concierge not ready on departure; despite calling ahead. This hotel is hitting the bare minimum for a 5 star establishment. For the price I expect front of house staff to go the extra mile with requests and voluntary offerings when things go wrong. This wasn’t forthcoming.

Location was great. Near to shops, restaurants, trams and trains were all within reach. Hotel is an iconic building, beautiful building.
Rooms are quite dated, not the best layout for a very big room which looked too vast and empty. Toilet also very dated. All the rooms could use a refreshed modern look.

Staff were lovely, huge bed in the junior suite with a nice little terrace and great location.

Location was great
Breakfast was poorly organised. The food kept running out, there were not enough staff and the ones that were there were either impolite or ignored you.
Felt like an expensive hotel with no perceptible reason why.
