Staff was exceptional.friendly, courteous and professional.
Location, steps from Midi train station.
A bit of a walk(1km+/-) to tourist sites.
Would definitely stay again.

On arrival and throughout the staff were very helpful and kind, the room was very clean and tidy on arrival and the air conditioning worked well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. It is also very close to the train station and also to where the bus from Charleroi airport drops you off.
