The room was clean and had coffee, tea. Shampoo and bodywash in the bathrooms, clean towels etc.
Friendly staff, free water (still and sparkling) available at all times from reception.
Only stayed one night, was exactly what I needed.
5 minute walk from eurostar station (midi) and a 20 minute walk into the centre. Three train stops away from the airport.
6 minute bus ride the Anderlecht football stadium
For the price I would recommend
The beds were ok but not as comfortable as im used to.
A supermarket and convenient store near by and a cafe but apart from that it was all hotels / houses.

Location was great for picking up and dropping off a car rental.
Neighborhood not the best.
Also there was a systemic problem with the lights in the rooms, so you couldn’t shut the lights off using the switches. Hopefully to be repaired soon

The hotel was to the normal high standards you would expect with a Novotel. The reception staff were excellent, spoke very good English and helped with local knowledge and how to use the local transport.
We didn't eat at the hotel so we cannot comment on this.
The location, whilst being very close to the Eurostar station and therefore easy to get to (remember to check which exit to leave the station otherwise its a long walk) the local area is not the best especially at night.
The price of the breakfast and evening drinks seemed steep to us therefore we ate away from the hotel.

It was clean.
The electricity in the room works continuously and there is no way to turn it off. We mentioned this issue to the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done. We were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. Since we needed to charge our phones, we had to sleep for a few hours with the electricity on. After that, we removed the key card, and there was no electricity in the room.
