Great location and lovely friendly and welcoming team especially the guys on reception! Lovely room; great breakfast and lots of helpful tips for a one day visit to Brussels especially the map of art nouveau and deco architecture to visit which we used to do a lovely walk. If you’re arriving from Brussels Midi Station, I’d recommend taking the 2/6 Metro to Louise and the 92 Tram to Faider stop which is a short walk to the hotel. Will definitely stay again.
The bedrooms were a little too bright and there’s no lift but an offer of help with bags was there! So, not much at all!

It was a cool and quirky property not far from Brussels centre. Beds were comfortable ( that is important!!) and all facilities you would expect. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional.

It was very clean. Very good breakfast with lots of options to choose. Nice and friendly staff. Free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. Beautiful and cosy place.
The location was a bit far from historic center. There was around 20 stairs at the entrance, and it was difficult to move our luggage up. The staff helped us with the luggage. The room was very small and it was hard to move.
