The property was immaculately presented, exceptionally clean and smelled absolutely lovely as soon as we walked in. Everything was beautifully maintained, making the place feel fresh, welcoming and comfortable. The Florentine biscuit provided by the host was also a lovely touch and we really liked it we have to get some to bring back home! It was clear that great care and attention had been given to every detail. The property is also close to everything, including Mercato Centrale, the train station, the Duomo, shops and some of the best restaurants in Florence. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here.
Nothing! The photos are exact representation of the property and even more!

Location was wonderful, close to so many good restaurants and duomo.
Room nice and spacious with a washing machine.
Bed and pillows and downside can be a bit noisy late at night when packing up and emptying rubbish, but it was expected and would stay there again.

What a perfect location! And our host was wonderfully helpful and gracious enough to let us drop off our bags early. The apartment had everything we could ask for and was very spacious.
Really, not much. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Good location. Host was responsive.
We had some air conditioning issues which meant the living room was warm which wasn’t ideal in a heatwave. Bedroom AC was fine.
