Fantastic location, very near the Duomo while being in a rather quiet street. Nice building, nice apartment, well kept and extremely clean. The main room is spacious and agreeable, and the hosts are nice and accommodating (for example, they offered a late checkout with no fee). WIFI works perfectly well in every room (which isn't always the case!)
AC doesn't work properly in the bedrooms: it blows air, but the air isn't cold or even cool. The bedroom windows are on a narrow street next to a wall; there is a restaurant below that cooks all day, which creates unpleasant smells that prevent people from opening windows. The kitchen is ok, but the fridge is way too small given the size of the apartment.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The location was perfect, with views of the Duomo and easy walking access to all the main attractions. The furnishings were lovely and the apartment felt like a real home away from home. Our host, Andrea, was fantastic, very welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.
