Good place to stay near the airport. Free shuttle.

Very convenient for a place to sleep near the airport. Basic room. Free Shuttle service to/from airport.

We were met by a hotel rep at the airport. We had to walk to the international terminal for the shuttle. The rep didn't call the shuttle until we had finished walking. Then we had to wait at least 10 more minutes. I wish he had called when we started walking because I was already tired after traveling all day.

Great location near the airport, basics covered.

So close to airport, you can walk there. It's very convenient when you arrive late to SGN. Quick check-in too.

The bathroom is a little too small. The room is ok, has the basics.

Staff lied that there is no shuttle service from airport

Not much

Staff lied to me stating there is no free shuttle from the airport. The location of the ibis is 10min walk from the airport and no cabs would take us that close. As such we were left with no option but to walk with large luggage. We then found out from other guests that there was indeed a free shuttle service. Disappointed that booking.com don’t advertise this and neither does the hotel. Perhaps only to customers they like.

Staff exceptional flight was delayed we’re able to open the day for an extra night and give us places to go very happy with the service

I traveled with my daughter, and Ibis SG was a transit before Melbourne. The shuttle bus to the hotel is free however you will have to wait since they have to collect other guests I was not to be informed this information in advance so my daughter and I had to wait quite long at midnight. If i knew that we have to wait i would have called a taxi instead.

the hotel very nice and clean in general. location is fair. the staff mostly are nice and supportive. the pool close at 8 instead of 9.30pm that we were told.

the room is very small. have to squeeze in the bath room. it does not have space to be comfortable. there's lots of hassle to walk around the hotel.

a little overpriced for what it was

great pool and bar on top level

pool closed too early, we were enjoying hanging out at the bar area after dinner and the kids were told they will have to get out of the pool at 7pm. they were a little lenient and friendly about it and let them stay in another hour. but given how late everything is in Saigon it would of been nice if we could of stayed swimming later in the night given the bar was still open and music still playing u der the city lights. beds were far too small, never seen a bed this narrow before, could not get any sleep due to this

Very good

Good choice for 1-2 day trip to Saigon. Walking distance from airport, small but good and clean room. Friendly staff. Very nice rooftop bar, swimming pool with view on the runway. Good breakfast.

Prices now on high side this time.

A day in Saigon

Excellent service at reception especially form Mrs. Chau who helped us out with reservation issues. Hotel with all needed amenities and right next door to the airport.

Cleanliness in the rooms could be improved.

Practical, comfortable and convenient

Very friendly staff and the free shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. I only had a 6 hour layover so the close proximity to the airport was very helpful

Super comfortable, nice staff, close to the airport, good for airport transfer

The king studio is really nice, the beds are comfy, everything is clean and the reception as 24/7 service. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the airport so very convenient if you have an early morning flight and want to avoid Saigon rush hour.

Small detail but worth mentioning: The hotel does offer free transfer to the airport. However, it's a bus that takes about 15 minutes (not sure why it's taking longer, maybe they pick up other guests along the way). Add to that that you're expected to be at the bus 10 mins prior to departure and you got yourself a 30 minute journey, which defeats the purpose of being close to the airport by a little bit (not much but still). Alternatively, you can take a taxi for 100k which is what we did to be more flexible and save time. Not a big deal, just keep that in mind :)

The food and drink was a little pricey but to be expected.

close to airport and has a shuttle than runs 24 hrs. room was clean and comfortable, didn’t use the facilities because we had a very early flight.

Exceptional

Convenience to the airport and that a shuttle could pick us up and take us back. The egg station and pastries were very good. The room was very spacious. Great shower.

The staff wasn't that friendly. The transfer to the airport was fully booked. Small capacity - so I had to pay a taxi. The staff didn't inform me that I need to book early.
