Lots of space and different rooms. Big kitchen diner. Well equipped. Plenty of room for us all. And great we could hire a hot tub
I found the soundproofing poor in the main bedroom, from outside and the kitchen below. Water pipes noisy when someone using the toilet, shower later at night in rear rooms. Rest was fab!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for the whole family and the doggies. 7 of us went away and not once did we feel like we were under each other's feet. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a huge amount of living space for game and movie nights. We all had the best time and haven't got a single complaint! Thank you for hosting us!

Very spacious and nicely decorated plenty of indoor seating .
Lots of cutlery and crockery.
Plenty of cups,glasses etc.
Couldn't open door in kitchen, kitchen under cabinet lights not working,extractor fan lights not working making the kitchen dark without putting the main lights on.
Very squeaky stairs and landing.
Lack of soft close toilet seats.
When opening doors and windows the inner frames were dirty.
Not enough seating outside and broken bench on the lawn.
Outbuilding scruffy in the fact there was no door on it.
There needs to be a bigger name sign on the front of the cottage.
All the window frames require treating as a matter of aesthetics and maintenance .
Front gate latch useless.
