Algo positivo es un lugar bien ubicado en el centro de Minatitlán. El personal es muy amable y atento.
Las habitaciones son muy reducidas en espacio, para una pareja es difícil pasar con tus maletas y acomodarlas. El elevador no funcionaba. La cama no es muy cómoda. El área de regadera fue lo peor debido a una mala limpieza, tenía moho en las orillas y en la regadera, además de calcificación. Y las toallas súper percudidas.
