Actually we liked everything. The balcony view was amazing. Panos and his wife ( the owners) they were also amazing friendly.

Property located very central with only 5 minutes walk to the beach.
I have read reviews about the noise ( you are on the main street) however if my 3 years toddler was able to sleep un disturbed from 9 o’clock - I am sure that anyone can!!
Cleaning is done on a daily basis and everyone is very understanding ( we needed an earlier check in and the host was super accommodating).
They also have a bunch of sand toys or beach essentials left from other guests which are free to use ( I found that quite helpful and left some ourselves).
Probably a bigger stove ( if people would like to cook more)

Really nice loft apartment, spacious, with a small balcony featuring comfortable chairs, a table, and a clothes drying rack. There was also a large sofa bed, which came in handy, and a big wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The room included a medium sized flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and even an iron and ironing board. The apartment is located on the main road in a central area, surrounded by restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and with a supermarket and a bakery/café conveniently located on the ground floor. Street parking is available, and if no spaces are free, there is also a free municipal parking area just 100 metres from the apartment. Even though there is a lot of activity and noise outside, the apartment is surprisingly quiet inside. Alexandra and Lola were wonderful hosts, always available whenever needed. Lola cleaned the apartment daily, and it was always spotless. The bathroom was consistently stocked with toilet paper, which is something many places surprisingly do not replenish as generously. I highly recommend Koukos Loft Apartments for your stay.
The bathroom could really benefit from better lighting, as it was quite dark, especially at night. The shower water pressure occasionally dropped to almost nothing when someone else in the building was using water at the same time, which was inconvenient, especially on hair washing days. The apartment is also on the top floor with no elevator, and a tight staircase, making it quite difficult and tiring to carry a large suitcase upstairs. However, these are only minor issues. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
