Great location! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Nice “ mom and pop” motel. Friendly check-in host.

Kind of noisy during morning and late afternoon with kids cruising the walkways, probably a reality that it was summer vacation ( August). The sandwich counter in the store was a bit overpriced ($15 plus for a deli sandwich).

This was a good stop, near Capitol Reef National Park and that was why we stopped here. It was a very nice place, clean room and kind staff. There is a nice bakery and deli shop at the property so yu can get your breakfast and coffee there in the morning before hitting the road, which is very handy.
