Location is exceptional only a few mins walk to Cortina centre. Has lovely Mountain View’s
It’s a bit dated and the electrics are very old and only half working. Lots of lights don’t work and plugs are old and don’t accept newer larger pins.

Appartement très bien situé (proximité centre ville et randonnées), très bien équipé et confortable. Literie confortable. Balcon et terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Nous étions 5 adultes, superficie suffisante. 2 salles de bains

it was clean, comfortable, great location, and fun for kids.
The kitchen could have been better equipped. Also, some information about the local area would have been very helpful.

Posizione ottima rispetto al centro di Cortina, ci si arriva a piedi in 5 Min. Parcheggio privato per due auto proprio davanti all'appartamento. Lavatrice e asciugatrice due in una.
La strada di fronte non dava fastidio con le finestre chiuse.
Arredamento molto datato, stoviglie usatissime, stendino arrugginito, scarico doccia intasato che ho dovuto smunire, esterno appartamento pieno di ragnatele, presenti comunque anche in casa, e arredo giardino sporco e molto vecchio. I rumori dei vicini sono insopportabili, si sente ogni passo di quelli di sopra a causa del pavimento in legno, soprattutto di notte.
