Overall facilities and service was pretty good.

The bathroom space. The shower space is open hence water keeps spilling outside the shower space hence making it wet. Same is the case with the washbasin. Its too shallow, hence water spilling outside.

Exceptional

It is a beautiful house in a lovely location. We went in a group of of friends and were absolutely comfortable, the space is nicely divided with spacious living room and adjourned kitchen. The onsen bath was a very pleasing touch. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay. There are two apartments in the house so make double sure you are booking what you want since it might be a little confusing. When needed, the owner and the people in charge were very attentive to our needs and helped us to solve the matter in a very nice way. 10 / 10 no doubt !

Great stay with friends! Definitely will come back for group trip!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. There’s big space in terms of the bedroom but also the dining and living area. Especially love the nook behind the kitchen the terrace (though we didn’t get to enjoy due to raining weather).

The last bedroom doesn’t come with air-conditioning so it was quite hot in the night.

Great summer get-away in the mountains with nice BBQ and patio area!

While Hakuba is known for its winters and amazing skiing, this unit made for a great summer get-away to the mountains. The BBQ and firepit were great for summer nights on the patio, and made it easy to connect with nature during our stay.

There is only one air conditioning unit in the main living space. While not a major issue, it would have been nice to have individual A/Cs in each room.

It was very nice experiece to stay such big nice place, stayed one night was not enough

The large area, the top floor, big dining, and kitchen, BBQ facilities outside the house

There was no toothpaste or brush in the toilet but the lady offered to buy it for us, another thing is there was no AC in the bedroom but temperature was ok unless two people in the same room

Memorable vaca with friends

Nice quiet location, spacious living dining area and comfortable deck. We enjoyed cooking outside at the bbq. Staff who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and answered quickly to our requests so all credit goes to him :) Two bedrooms had shower and toilet and the bath looking onto the garden was 24 hour heated and super relaxing.

very nice week but many negatives points for the price

a lot of space for 8 people. nice living room and kitchen with equipment onsen appreciated after ski. staff proposal to pick up to another resort due to gondola closed

10 min walk from Saka lift very far from Hakuba center and no shuttle bus. to avoid if you don’t have car staff proposal to pick up to supermarket but no reliability for meeting time Main room is very cold even if heating at maximum level (ice inside the room closed to the window due to poor isolation) Poor cleaning level (spider web)

Highly recommend

Highly recommend. Plenty of room and space for 2 families. Every bedroom has its private toilet and shower. Kitchen was well equipped with large cooking area, large size oven and fridge, so we cooked every night. Beds were comfy. Livingroom had air conditioning, bedrooms didn't but evenings were so cool even during this time of year so we slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Very quiet area with a lot of green. Our dog totally loved the area. Caretakers were super friendly and would get right to you when we needed help. We stayed for 10 days and the place started to feel like home.
