It is fair for the price and the distance to the city centre.
Although you can feel inside that the owners put effort into offering all the confort and paid attention to many details, I cannot give more than 8 for a shared courtyard and unfinished exterior decoration or cutting windows into the wall towards the neighbour (which is illegal).
