This hotel can be a good offer.

The hotel is very good and due to its location, access to all places was easily possible. The treatment of the staff was good and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel reception staff are excellent and help travelers well.

Not having a place for passengers' lost items (I personally don't have a good memory of losing my child's glasses in this hotel because the room cleaning staff kept them instead of handing them over to the reception, and I experienced an insulting and unapologetic treatment to get them back. Anyway, although this hotel is very good, but because of this incident, it is no longer on my future reservation list.

Was good but could have been better.

1) Nearness to Freedom Square and nearby tour operators to travel to different destinations 2) Nearness to Supermarket for buying basic items like groceries, water etc. and foreign exchanges

1) Did not provide tea kettle in the first place. Was provided after request. 2) No complimentary tea, coffee, sugar sachets etc. were not provided which is normal in any good hotels 3) Didn't get required information from Reception for getting adaptor for electrical plug for charging of mobiles etc.

Location is next to liberty square. Easy access to mall, metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Staff are friendly. Overall it's a great place to stay.

My home in Tbilisi - luxury hotel in a perfect location with exceptional staff

I have stayed for 7 consecutive weeks (!) at Gallery Palace hotel, so I think I am able to share some informed views :-) I loved every day of my stay there, for many reasons: - I asked for a quiet room not facing the street, which I could keep for the entire time. - When I was living there, the hotel was not fully booked out. Nevertheless, day in, day out I saw the cleaners wiping every corner of the hotel. It is flawlessly clean. - The hotel has a small but fine gym in the basement, which I made frequent use of (see photo). The available equipment there actually allowed me to do 80% of my regular exercises. - The rich breakfast was included in my rate, and options very nice. The best: It is served until 11am in the day, so sometimes when I went to gym late, I could still take breakfast shortly before 11am and nobody would complain. - Staff at reception, restaurant and house-keeping are extremely nice. Obviously the length of the stay had an impact here, but I ultimately felt like a family member :-) - Location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is located just behind Galleria Tbilisi and Freedom Square, but absolutely quiet. I could not think of a better location! The hotel is reasonable priced (I stayed during off-season in March/April). I also saw that refurbishment and modernization works have been going on in different areas of the hotel, which tells me the owners want to continue investing to make this place even better. My home in Tbilisi!

There were only a few members of the reception team who could speak English well. Sandro is exceptional in his warm attitude, caring and flexibility (and I had quite a number of different requests over time...), and I hope the hotel management recognizes his talent and makes him a supervisor or something therelike soon! :) Honorable mentionings as well to Sophie and Nini :)

wasn’t TERRIBLE but wouldn’t go pack. value for cost doesn’t match.

breakfast was good and blonde front desk lady was very friendly and helpful

the dark haired girl with glasses is very rude and not helpful at all. she is more interested in her phone than helping customers. my room temperature was set at 30 degrees and dirty glasses were left in the room. carpet stained.

The room was nice and breakfast was decent. Great central location too. But staff was rather unprofessional (e.g., watching video during breakfast with sound on). We also asked reception to arrange taxi for airport, but it wasn't arranged, and when we got down to lobby at scheduled time, the reception only then arranged some uber service. The car arrived in a few minute, so it was ok in the end, but staff acted impatiently when I asked price (because it is not official taxi, i would not know price). And if this is the practice, they should have explained in advance...

Super nice staff! Excellent service! Perfect location!

We mostly like the very nice staff! Everyone was super friendly and service minded. Especially receptionist Inna, who was super attentive and always ready to welcome guests with her positive and friendly behavior. Whenever we asked for help, she was there and performed 100% and even more. We could really feel that she wanted to provide the utmost good service to all guests and we feel like she made a big effort to make the hotel experience as nice as possible for all guests. All the other young people in the reception were also super nice and service minded indeed! But Inna just made an extraordinary good impression! We also liked the location very much! We could see that the hotel is super nice but there were some renovations going on, and we had some slight problems with cold/warm water in our room, but that was eventually fixed by the helpful personnel. All in all we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back :-)

We were not super fond of the carpets and wallpapers of the room. It gave a slight “yellow” feel / light, if you understand. But bed was comfy and whenever we needed something, staff was super service minded and friendly. If I can wish for an improvement I would wish that the spa was a bit bigger and that gym was a bit bigger :-) But after all I think it was a good experience. The sweet staff / personnel were definitely bonus to the overall experience although parts of the hotel were under renovation. We look forward to see facilities improvement for next visit and highly recommend the hotel :-)

Great place to stay in Tbilisi

Staff was very helpful and friendly, we were looking for a place to eat and the reception helped us as much as she could to order food online for us. Although it didn't push through, we we're still pleased with the effort.

No restaurant(dinner) at the hotel.

Exceptional

The whole staff made sure to make my trip as comfortable as possible. I travelled with my 5 months old baby and I needed so many alterations/additions to room. Not even a single time I heard no from any of the staff. They dealt with us with open mind and helped always. 1st morning we were not able to make it to the breakfast as we had late night flight,they brought us whatever was available in the kitchen upon our waking up. I had to sterlize my baby's bottles everyday and the kitchen boy (Padri) was doing it everyday. All I had to do is to request him while finishing my breakfast and he would come whenever he could to sterlize baby's bottles. The place is at a very good location as well, we were able to find food of our choice nearby.

Location - next to the shopping mall (metro station) and central square. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view - to the TV tower.

It wasn’t quite ready yet - restaurant was open for breakfast and drinks only. No massage available.
