I really liked the ambience, the staff was very polite and helpful, the room was just perfect. Really enjoyed my stay here and would love to stay again!

This is a decent property with buffet breakfast, with is more than enough I would say.
The washrooms are very old and look dirty. Even the towels were not very clean.

I liked the morning staff when we checked in. They were pretty helpful and really made me feel good for choosing the option. Its a prime location so added to the advantage.
The AC of our room was not working. When we complained we got a room closed to the washroom. The night staff was not collaborative and didnt understand how difficult it is going to be to remain so close to a washroom that is being used. They refused to change the room and felt dismissive. In the end we had to go to the room with No AC.
