Block C-15-7 Marina Apartment

Thai hot food restaurant across the road, and just a 5-minute walk to a row of shops, including a RM2 store, mamak restaurant, and many more.

An old residential building. I stayed in Block C. The rubbish and waste areas were poorly maintained, the lift was slow, and only one lift was functioning properly. The swimming pool water was not very clean. The ceiling fan in the living room was quite old and worn out. The management handled the keys and towels, but the towels provided were still damp.
