We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant and the access to the spa were definitely the highlights of our stay.
Just a few small things that could have made our experience even better.
There is no reception service before 15:00. We arrived around 14:30, so unfortunately we had to wait outside the hotel until reception opened.
Our rooms were on the first floor, and we could hear quite a bit of noise from the kitchen as well as from some guests in the restaurant, which was not ideal.
We really enjoyed the restaurant and wanted to return for dinner on our second night, but unfortunately it was fully booked. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in advance that reservations were required, as we would have been happy to book a table ahead of time.

Beautiful and centrally located hotel in Vals. The room was spacious, had a lot of storage space, the bathroom was great and it included basic toilettries form the 7132 brand. The receptionist and later waiter at the restaurant was really kind and helpful! The hotel has access to the 7132 Thermal Baths, but what we didn't know was that we could access both days! Dinner at the restaurant was great, and the breakfast included in the reservation was also delicios. Basic Swiss breakfast, but plentiful and delicious. Will definitely come back if I can!
Be aware that the hotel is closed from 12:00 to 15:00, so if you arrive with luggage, you should be mindful of that!

Hotel location is in the center of Vals, where you can walk around at day/night and enjoy the stay. There is a Mini-market infront of the hotel. Hotel Glenner offers a free entrance to the Termal Baths which was amazing! Very good breakfast!
When we arrived there was no receptionist so we couldn't check in until 3pm. ( There is no service from 12pm - 3pm (Lunch time I imagine?) I think price is overrated
