Ambiente piccolo ma accogliente, pulito e funzionale. Il signor Renato e la moglie molto cordiali. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dal lungomare e vicina a molti locali.
Ambiente un po' buio e difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in quanto tutti parcheggi con disco orario

Renato’s property truly gives off those serendipity vibes. It’s warm, inviting, and impeccably clean. The location is a gem: just a short walk from both the beach and the city center, so everything you might need, cafés, shops, restaurants are right at your fingertips.

Great place - very clean, super comfy, beautiful, calm, cool location- in centre, close to everything you need and same time super calm street. We loved everything here, especially big thank for hospitality to Renato. Everything was clear at communication from booking already. He also provided us big beach towels wich was extremely helpful

Renato è stato cordiale e disponibile già prima del nostro soggiorno fornendoci informazioni chiave circa le cose da vedere a Pescara e dintorni (anche sul dove mangiare prima di arrivare a Pescara!!) nonché sul parcheggio che è comodo e vicino alla struttura. Da sottolineare la cura dei dettagli nell'arredo e nei servizi offerti. Pulizia eccellente. Posizione ottima e centrale ma in un punto tranquillo e riparato dai rumori. Sicuramente una esperienza da ripetere.
