The staff is doing an incredible job and are very kind.
Location and overall atmosphere.
Again staff is doing such a great job.
Couch was dirty and with stains ( approached staff they knew and tried to solve it needs specific tools to clean problem is higher in the management - my take on this)
Black spots on the silicone in the bathroom.

Great location and overall wonderful camp. Our mobile house was very nice, fully equipped as per reservation. It is very close from the beach. There is also some food shops directly in the camp. Overall very good experience and we would be happy to come back.
1) Communication could be improved - We were 2 families and made reservation 5 months in advance, directly asking if we can have mobile houses next to each other. We received info that it is subject to availability yet they will try.... when I reminded the same request a week before actual check in I received an info that "due to short notice it is not possible" which only showed that nobody really cared to pay an attention to our request at first place.
2) Basic maintenance - when we arrived, the water from one of the sinks wasn't going away at all, I would expect something like this is being checked before each check-in so "the basics" are working well.

Easy access to beach and walking distance to Rovinj. Quiet area. Gas BBQ.
Door didn't close well, didn't seem secure; holes in windows screens allowed a few mosquitos in. Decking area in full shade.

The location near the sea and between the pine trees is great.
After booking we were informed that towels and linen were not included in the price, so we booked it later without knowing the price.
Unfortunately after receiving towels and linen the additional price for that was almost as the price of a stay for 7 people for 2 nights. We did not understand why it was so expensive.
Advice: Ask about price of towels and linen in advance, if it is not included in the price!
