The Manager is wonderful. we connected through WeChat so that he could share information and locations of everything I needed.
Due to renovations of the restaurant there was no meals but the area is central to excellent eating choices.
I will stay here always if I come back to Xining to stay. The staff but particularly the Manager was fantastic!

The room is very clean, but you can tell that it has not “ aged” well, though am sure that the discoloration in the shower is not from the mold. I wish there were a fridge in the room so I could use to store some food. And man, I wish there were packs of Nestle instant coffee in the room instead of green tea. However, there is a cafe in the Han Ting a few steps away ( though many steps away from my bed in Vienna). The coffee there is decent and next time, if there is a next visit to XN, that’s where I am going to stay.

Their manager went the extra mile and helped us to find a car rental agency. He even paid a taxi for us to go there and negotiated with them to get the car. A very kind person and always ready to help!
Breakfast is very poor with limited choices of food, but their staff is very nice.
