Great location, extremely nice gentleman on check in desk. Gave lots of information and was happy to answer any questions and offer advice on places to visit. Beds were comfy and room a good size for family. Breakfast was continental and nice
The paint was a bit chipped and gaps under doors. The drain cover in the shower was missing (only there for 1 night so wasn't a big deal) and at one point a bad smell came through drains into bathroom. But overall as just used room to sleep it didn't cause any major upset

The hotel is a 5min walk from the main street where lies alot of shops and restaurants. Bruges is charming by night and the location of the hotel made it easy for us to get out at niggt and wonder around tge city.
There were road blocking when we arrived. It madw us lose some time specially after a long car road trip from Paris.
The fact that we cant park there also made it a little bit annoying. But thank God there is a nearby parking.

We booked a Standard Twin room away from the stairs & elevator. The room was a good size, clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. The included breakfast is European style (lunch meats & cheeses) and we ate cereal, boiled eggs, assorted bread rolls and fruit. There were plant-based milks available as well. Great coffee machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful; especially Tina, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Another staff member helped arrange a morning taxi to the train station (helps to arrange the night before). Location is 10 min. Walk to the main historical plaza, and the majority of Bruges is a medieval town (original buildings dating back centuries).
The hallway doors are hollow-core, which made them loud when closing, but was not too loud. We did not have a car, so parking was not an issue.

Staff were very helpful, great location
One of my party has accessibility issues so I always have booking.com set for accessibility, initially we booked and after booking we’re told the annex has steps so we had to pay an additional fee to be in the main building. Just to add the person in our party is in a wheelchair so steps are an issue. The room we got not only had a step to get into the room but the bathroom was split, toilet was ok but the shower and sink were inaccessible for the person in our party in a wheelchair. Just wish we’d known that or had the option of a room that was truly accessible.
