Just the location
The staff specially the security guard upon arriving i was strungling with my 2 heavy item he couldnt even lend a hand to help to take it out from the car to the lobby as that time no concierge available.
Upon checking inn the reception is sarcastic and saying that booking online couldnt get point for my IHG Membership but when i checkin in crown plaza thier sister company have conect my IHG membership
Hence 👎 to the reception filipino guy chrest or christ am not sure his correct spelling of his name
Oh buthe way one i reach the room there was no any single bath amenities you have to request it
