Right in the centre of everything. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Free beach chairs and umbrella on the beach was so good

The room was very clean and modernly furnished. Overall, the hotel was very clean, and you never had to wait long for the elevators.
The staff was also very friendly, even when we had a legitimate complaint.
The gym, with its two rooms, is very well-equipped by Vietnamese standards. The hotel also has a fitness room where you can do yoga or punch bag exercises.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and fruits, which also taste quite good.
The pool is clean but not the largest; however, it’s big enough to swim a few laps.

However, the management handled this challenge—as well as other complaints I had—very professionally and always came up with a good solution, even though the hotel was hardly to blame. I think that if the soundproofing is improved during the next renovation and the restaurant’s punctuality can be consistently raised to the desired level, there will be nothing left to complain about.
Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed against unusual noise disturbances, such as nighttime drummers or karaoke singers on the beach. Aside from the technical shortcomings in the soundproofing of the doors and windows, I see this as a local problem—one for which nothing is being consistently done to address it; otherwise, this problem wouldn’t exist. In this regard, the primary problem does not actually lie with the hotel.
The restaurant opens at 6:30 a.m. Guests rush in but still have to wait—and this has been going on for weeks. It wasn’t until after the third complaint to hotel management that the situation improved.
This restaurant is run by an outside operator, and unfortunately, the hotel isn’t immediately aware of such issues.

Located in first beach line, with easy access to the beach. Have a good swimming pool in 3rd floor. Lots of food places and shops around.
On the beach people plays loud music and sing karaoke until late night, so you can hear them in the room.
And most disappointed that hotel states they have their private beach with umbrellas and seats available for guests. But in fact they have person there who checks if this chairs taken by guests of hotel and only 10 umbrellas 2 chairs each available. This person has more chairs around, but he keeps saying it does not belongs to our hotel, so you have to wake up really early to get the free chair or pay extra to use another one. I believe this person rents chairs that belong to hotel to other people to make extra money. If not and hotel has only 20 chair available for over 800 guest capacity hotel, they need to take in consideration to buy more chairs and umbrellas. As the price of the room is expensive, and you can not have an empty chair on the beach to enjoy your stay.

Central location, beachfront
Room and balcony is tiny, hot water tank must be tiny, hair dryer doesn’t work, loud at night, air con is set at 23 and can’t be changed so room is hot at night.
