Relaxing vacation but very expensive for no activity to be done on resort.

The rooms were clean. Property was well kept.

I didn’t like that they were no activities on the resort that were listed on the website l. It was nothing to do.

Sadly Disappointed with the care by Booking.com and Sandlas Royal Caribbean

I booked my birthday celebration 3 day stay using Booking.com. I placed in the notes of the booking that I only want for the 3 nights “Crystal Lagoon Hideaway Swim-up Club LevelJr. Suite w/Patio Tranquility Soaking Tub” Booking.com incorrectly booked The second floor of this building with out the swim-up feature. This could had been resolved quickly as when I called the Resort directly the swim-up feature was available, I spent every day for 2 1/2 weeks calling and emailing I have three records at your request 1 called once for 1 hour and 30 minutes. This was unacceptable, I had to move from my requested room on the 3rd morning, that is the morning after my birthday so no celebrating as we knew we had to wake early to move to another room. I was charged an additional upgrade for a room on stay of the 3rd night of $291.00 that needs to be reimbursed as that room while the bell man was checkin us in the room the electrical went out in the entire building and was out the whole time, the staff moved everyone but us by 8:00 pm that evening we had no phone or WIFi to contact the staff we visited 4 times to the concierge to try and correct this problem. So we spent birthday celebration time in plans to move from the room and all day the next day with no electricity and in the heat and moved alone on the dark late the 3rd night to another room so we moved rooms 3 times in a 3 day stay. This was unacceptable, we deserve future credit of a complimentary stay in the future, I would like to visit Sandals Saint Luca for this as I have no plans of ever returning to Sandals Royal Caribbean, this could had been easily rectified in the beginning and no need for my calls and emails of 2 1/2 weeks. Sadly disappointed in Booking.com and Sandals care of handling this easily corrected booking.

Nice time to get away and relax.

Pools and facilities were very nice. Many of the staff greeted us with pleasant smiles and "good morning!". Liked that they had free transfer to the other Sandals resort at Montego Bay as well as airport pickup/drop off.

The beach was smaller than I had thought it would be. The beach over on the private island was almost non-existent as compared to the photos. I assume that rising water levels are to blame. I was there for my birthday and received nothing "extra" in our room.

We had a fantastic time and cant wait to go back!!

The facility was amazing! The food was really good especially for an all-inclusive. The staff were all super friendly and glad to help and make stay better!:)

how friendly all the staff was

our air conditioner was not working correctly. we could not get it any cooler that 76 degrees when we were getting ready for dinner we were looting in sweat. we told both of our butlers and the has someone come look at it. we never heard anything so we asked again. They finally offered to move us to a different room on our last night. We did not want to move all our stuff for 1 night so they brought us a fan. We paid almost $900 per night for this room. Staff at the beach and restaurants are adorable Excellent food

Its a shame to be in the caribbean blue waters and swim in a sea that is no different than a pool. Tiny beach for such a crowded hotel. Rooms smell, either you open the airconditioner to the fullest or you live with the smell. We told them and no one look into it. There is like a cast system in the hotel, you never get the good sunbeds if you dont have a butler room. Front desk staff is uncharmful. You have to ask and ask for towels to be replaced in the room, no bath robes even though promised. They give the bed slippers only to some rooms, so ridicilious for such an expensive resort. Those are basic needs.

It was nice but I didn't receive the room that I paid for and that was disappointing to me because it was my birthday I had to go to the front desk twice then a manager helped me with a room And it was not the same one I wanted and hoped for I was a little sad because I paid for it

Great place to unwind and relax from the stress of daily grind.

Comfortable well equipped room. Great team of staff everywhere. Great butler service, we had Nigy and Nicole, they were super. Loved the jerk hut on the island, fast and efficient team. Must also mention Elmo, he's super helpful and Travis and the team at the beach bar. All super super friendly and helpful. Great pizza made in super quick time.
