Great location dated hotel

Location. Opposite Doctors Cave beach. Close to all amenities

The pictures posted are not a true reflection. This hotel and rooms has dated a lot since those picture where taken.

It's very conveniently located & they let me check in early

My room looked nothing like the pics. When I went to take a shower,water came from the shower & almost soaked up the place because there was no plastic curtain to keep the water inside. I asked for towels & they came to mop up the water, leaving the floor wet still. He said, "Let it air dry." They only have one lock on the door & it's a normal lock for a house. It was not the best experience for just one night. I don't think I'll be back

the staff was great, but the room was awful. Glad I didn't bring my wife and I wouldn't stay again

Great great great location. Across from Doctor's Cave Beach Club and central on the Hip Strip. Friendly and responsive staff. A ripe mango fell from the tree in the courtyard, and I got a free tasty snack

Air conditioning broken in my room. They only clean every four days so I had to borrow a broom from housekeeping. WTF? 37 stairs to climb to my room felt like summiting Everest at times.

Uncomfortable and horrible. I would never stay again nor recommend this hotel Yo anyone, a 1 star

I didn’t like anything about the room. Did not look anything like the pictures on the internet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds and linen were uncomfortable. No blanket. Pillows were uncomfortable. Too many stairs.

On hip strip . Walkable to everything. Staff very nice.

Only couldn't check in early. And no real baggage storage for early comers only at front desk.

it was ok but i wouldnt return unless i had no other options

they changed my room without hesitation

i found the room smelled odd n there was no soap in the bathroom ... no extra faceclothes or towels n the bed was not comfy at all

We needed a room for one night to fly out the next day, the staff and security were helpful.

There were lots of gift shops and fast food options the Starbucks across the street had a view of the beach. The bed was comfy.

The street is loud and there is a bar under the room we stayed in. Not all rooms are. The music was noticeable but turned off at 1130. Many of the rooms had an updated lock our room lock was weak.

There is no parking for visitors i didn't stay because i didn't fine anywhere to park i have to pay for a next guest house to stay i would like my refund back it was bad experience she didn't call me to fine out if am ok i wouldn't tell anyone about this place

All of the staff members have “Excellent,” Customer Service and there is a 24 hour security man on site.

The property was very clean, and comfortable.

Great place for a one night stay in Montego Bay.

Fabulous views across the sea. Make sure you book a room on the top floor to get the best views. Nice friendly staff, lovely big bed and great balcony. Right on the “hip strip”, right next to everything.

The staircase is a bit scary but you’ll get over it because the views are so good. The hip strip is a noisy place so you will get sounds till at least 2am. It’s part of being in the heart of things so it’s great, but if you don’t like it, well….

Disappointed booking

The only likeable thing about thiss place is the location . The young man at the reception was very pleasant and tried his best .the room. Was smelling of damp the sheets were all crushed and horrible had to request a refund could not stay there for one night . . Come on owners do better than that the entire place needs revamping . .

Excellent value for a lower priced hotel.

Excellent value for the price. Very convenient location, shops, restaurants and the beach were only steps away. Room was clean, water was hot.

The only problem was that there was a lounge close by and they were playing loud music late into the night.

It was very private and clean. It's close to shopping and the taxis are nearby .

No lamps, music from downstairs was overwhelming, we couldn't sleep in all the noises
