We really got a chance to relax and we enjoyed our stay.

The property staff were really lovely and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with whatever we needed was one of the highlights of our stay.

Overall the property was lovely and well kept. I would just suggest doing some landscaping at the entrance to give it a neater appearance. Other than that the place was lovely and generally very well maintained.

Excellent stay - couldn’t recommend enough. And great value for money!

The staff were very friendly and helpful - sorted us out with boda numbers, food deliveries so we could cook and posted some clothes on of our friends forgot 10/19

Just what the doctor ordered for a very peaceful and relaxing weekend.

The location was excellent. In addition, we had a personal chef called Asia who made the most delicious food. She was very thoughtful and kind. The outdoor swimming pool was a very good touch and we made very good use of it. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off

Very good

The villa was perfect size, with great outdoor area with dinning table and sofas. pool was perfect for the kids to swim. Vincent was amazing.

it was fairly far from everything and not really possible to walk especially with kids, it was off a real dirt track. had to get bikes and tuk tuk everywhere and some of the main area with restaurants and bars in Mida creek were about 20mins away. we weren’t aware someone was going to be staying in the property with us, however it turned out really well and actually really grateful to have them at the property esp when we we’re there for security reasons but also really helpful and kept villa lovely a clean and really friendly. it would have just been good to know in advance.

The whole property was lovely comfortable stay clean and good

Communication problem owner doesn't reply and caretaker seems always confused.we tried booking a 2nd time was available in booking.com but the caretaker says it was booked so thats seems confusing and disappointing overall property was lovely clean and comfortable great quiet location

A real gem!

A real gem! The place is beautiful, tranquil and has everything you need. We stayed for 5 nights and could have stayed for weeks... The swimming pool is gorgeous, the house is very comfortable. Caretaker Vincent is just amazing. He is extremely helpful and can arrange anything (ordering taxi's/tuktuks/bodas, preparing the BBQ, cleaning, washing and so on). He's certainly a huge asset to the property. Same for Asya, she's fabulous!

We loved the place . Impeccably clean,beautiful ,serene. We loved Asya so much. She took care of us so whole heartedly and made us the most scrumptious meals. Asya is a gem. God bless you. We appreciated your efforts so much. We appreciated Vincent too.The caretaker. Very pleasant and helpful. They really treated us well.💓 Would recommend to anyone 💯

With a little cash investment this could be a great villa but it is starting to look tired tbh!

Asya the housekeeper/cook and Vincent the cleaner/pool boy were both fun, delightful and attentive. Asy's samosas and dishes cooked on the BBQ were fabulous. She will buy the food, cook the meal and even washes up afterwards. She is a real diamond. Vincent is always keen to help in any way that he can. The ceiling fans and air con work well and the water is piping hot. White towels and bed linen were very nice but we did have to ask for these to be provided. The property also has pool/beach towels. It is a short Tuk Tuk ride to Papa Remos the only really happening place in Watumu currently. The garden is lovely and being somewhat off the beaten track it is very quiet. It is a good sized 2 bed villa witha nice outside seating area.

It appeared that the property had been unoccupied for some time and as a result some items were not working on arrival, namely the TV, fridge and washing machine. TV subscription was paid and up and running on the third day, and a spare emergency fridge was made operational but it had no shelves. There is no washing machine which means that if you are bringing delicate clothes (silk, manmade fibres etc) these are going to be washed by hand and that's really not ideal. The owner assured me this would be rectified but that did not happen in my our 2 weeks here. The pool has definitely seen better days and is in need of significant repair but was perfectly usable. Kitchen and bathroom fittings are serviceable but by no means 5 star. There are only 2 sun loungers so Iam not sure what you would do if there were 4 people staying there.

A relaxing and well looked after family break

The pool area and outside relaxing area was fantastic and clean. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms and all of Vincent’s help.

Unique and Beautiful Home 💜

The house is very beautiful!! The decor amazing. Unique decor😍 probably that's why there is a damage fee charge which is refundable!! The house is cosy.!! The A. C was working! The pool is veery clean. The host Zeidi is very good at Communication and very helpful.!! Vincent is kind and very helpful.! We received the damaged fee immediately after inspection of the house. Basically my friends and I had an amazing time. I would highly recommend it!!

The microwave was not working. I would suggest that the bathrooms can have slippers and atleast the host can provide basics like salt and Sugar.

So in total a nice place with nice people, but not the most comfortable if you are traveling with children

The people in the house are super nice, especially Vincent, the manager, is such a amicable person. It‘s nice, that you have privacy, you have the pool all by yourself and it’s really quiet in the evening. And the whole house and the garden are nice.

We didn’t like the location that much, it was quite far from town and even far from the beach, because we were traveling with small children. Also when we arrived, power went off for a whole day, which was solved with the generator, but for the first day we didn’t have water, which was a real problem for us.

Relaxing stay!! 😊🏝

Beautiful place, the pool was great! Excellent decor, the house looks even better than in the photos. The staff were attentive, and the host was very responsive, even though we booked it on short notice. Will definitely be back!! 😊

Pleasant Stay

The privacy, the pool, location & friendly staff

the Air conditioning in one room didn’t work and even after making a complaint nothing was done was told that the Power voltage had an issue? Towels are old and smell, Water pressure is low in the showers!

Our stay was super great, nothing to add

The place met our expectations. Asya and Lennox were pleasant and we really enjoyed the time we spent with them. We felt they were part of us. I truly commend them for their great hospitality. Lennox ensured the rooms were super clean as well as the pool. We felt safe staying at the Villa due to his presence as well as the guard. Asya is a great cook and we enjoyed every meal she prepared for us. This is a must return place when another opportunity arises. Everything was perfect other than the mattress for the master bedroom as not so comfy.

Change the mattress for the master bedroom and ensure the showers have hot water.

We’d really like to come back.

The layout and design of the place was excellent. The caretaker and the housekeeper were more than excellent, as was the night watchman.

The road into this and other properties could be improved.

It was a relaxing experience.

The accommodation was comfortable and laid back. The cook’s cooking was delicious and she was had a kind temperament and was very helpful. The villa is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.

The stay was enjoyable and relaxing.

The well maintained private swimming pool, the beautiful flower garden within the property and the quiet and serene atmosphere in the compound. the caretaker was cooperative and very helpful. The cook provided was great.

The direction to the property is somehow confusing. There is lack of additional beds in case the a group of the maximum number of visitors were to visit the property.

I just feel that the television subscription should have been paid for. The owner should also think of having a car at the client's disposal for dropping and picking at the airport (even at a fee if need be). Just make it easy for clients to access the villa
