This cottage was in an ideal location. The breakfast hamper was an added bonus and the cottage was really comfortable, with welcoming hosts.

The area ,lovely garden .
Beds very comfortable .
Fire made it lovely and warm .
Appreciated the eggs,bacon ,butter and bread left for us for breakfast .
Beautiful to be able to watch the birds and listen to the river running at the bottom of the garden .
Very peaceful but close to amenities.
Great directions from host and very accommodating with our unexpected late arrival .
Bathroom very tired and in need of maintenance and update .Shower floods the floor drain doesn’t appear to to work efficiently,no bath mat so you had to put down towels on the floor .
Made it difficult not to walk wet foot prints through property .
Towels very hard and rough ,like cardboard ,couldn’t use them !
Tried to use washing line to dry clothing and it was all tangled up.Couldn’t even open it .Pegs still tangled in it .
