For the price needs some attention to detail

The location is very good the property was clean and well furnished access was easy and the rooms spacious and quiet the beds were perhaps too soft.

Firstly there is no light in the stairwell as you get out of the lift, as there are stairs to the apartment it is quite dangerous in the dark. The supply of hot water was erratic none in the kitchen and only sometimes in the bathroom where the water was not hot enough to shave and once the shower was cold. The shower needs repairing - a kinked pipe and loose attachment and in the bathroom the sink plug does not work, the one towel rail is loose and there are no hooks for towels.

Really perfect place

Just as the other reviewers have commented this is a beautiful apartment. Big and comfy beds although my parents found theirs a little bit too soft. The owner was very communicative at all times. It was easy to check in although finding the hotel after arriving in the dark was a little difficult. It was hot in Athens so we were glad we could wash some clothes. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the apartment as we had a late flight. The friend who manages the apartment is very kind. The apartment was walking distance to everything so super convenient. There is also a supermarket close by (but quite expensive)

The shower panel didn’t work properly so if you have a long shower the bathroom gets flooded.

Appartamento pulito e grande! George (il proprietario) e Vaso (il gestore lato pulizie/logistica) sono stati gentilissimi nei nostri riguardi e molto disponibili.

La posizione, nonostante sia semicentrale, non è molto sicura.
