The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They helped us with our luggage on arrival and were always friendly and happy to assist. They also organised our safari for us, which made everything very easy and stress-free.
The rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the food served on the rooftop restaurant.
The only downside for us was the air conditioning. We visited during an extremely hot period when temperatures were above 45°C, and unfortunately the room never really cooled down. It often felt hotter inside than outside, making it quite uncomfortable, especially at night. To be fair, these temperatures were exceptionally high, so it’s possible the system was simply struggling to keep up with the heat rather than there being a fault.

The staff are very helpful for booking safaris, train tickets and taxis with reasonable prices. Breakfast available if needed, also good value and a nice location close to several cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out. Room was beautiful and good sized bathroom. I would stay again

Everything. Comfy bed. They arranged 2 safaris for us. Very good food, so you don’t have to look for ant restaurants around, just eat something on the rooftop (the guy knows how to cook). The owner/manager is very nice.

Staff were incredible and were on hand to help us with anything we asked. Had a nice restaurant upstairs. Great location for the tigers and we got picked up from outside. Would stay again
The room is a little tired and bathroom a little unclean and dated but was good for a night stay.
