The location, the spacious apartment, the cleaning machines, the cleanliness of the apartment
The safe wasn’t working, the heater in the bedroom would make an intermittent noise which was irritating especially at night, no laundry soap or kitchen utensils

Good location and staff
It is our 3rd stay since 2021 being the 1st. Facility and amenities, furniture, towels, maintenance got old.
