Everything you could possibly need was in the room
It was quiet, quirky and felt very pleasant to be in.
The bathroom was large with a long walk-in shower.
The curtains were lovely and the picture on the wall.
A place to park legally whilst unloading but it did not matter as the receptionist came out to assist and spoke to the exuberant traffic wardens.

The Bell Hotel is in an excellent location right in the town centre. I thought my room had a lot of character with a very high ceiling. I found all staff I dealt with to be very friendly and helpful. A very decent cooked breakfast was on offer, alongside bread and cereals. Free Parking was available in a nearby multistorey car park which I also found to be very convenient.

Location is excellent. No parking, but free of charge parking a 2 minute walk away.
Pillows were too hard. Breakfast wasn’t great: I asked for well done sausages and bacon, but that didn’t happen. There were 4 of us and 2 breakfasts came out - then the other 2 came out about 10 minutes later.
