Right in the centre, just a couple of blocks from the walking street with plenty of shops and cafes / restaurants. Also there were plenty of bars and restaurants right down the street. The host kept in contact with me on the day leading up to the arrival, and she assisted with parking options for our large car. The B&B was modern, spacious, and clean. Even though the B&B was in a lovely old apartment block, a lift had been retro-fitted with a lift. The rooms had good beds and showers. The little dining room was clean. The contential breakfast was good, but the warm, fresh custard-filled croissants were the best.

Very good B&B. Large, comfortable room, with minibar and safe. The safe was special because usually B&B does not have a safe. Location 1.3 km from attractions such as the Duomo and 800 m from the train station, with many restaurants and bars close by. Italian breakfast with a lot of sweets. The square where the B&B is located is noisy at night due to the bars. It's not the B&B's fault, but they should put double glazing windows to solve the problem. The loud noise ends at midnight.

Neighborhood is noisy, lots of bars and a church next to it, but it was not a deal breaker. I also missed a little bit the 'freedom' of setting my own schedule, which is something you would expect with a B&B vs a hotel, also not a deal breaker.

The room was large, comfortable and spotless! Also, there is a shared area and a kitchen. If you don't want to walk to far, there is a bar and several eating establishments near by. The host was extremely helpful.
