Very good

Location is superb. Dog friendly. Very clean. May look a little weather beaten, but the property has everything that's needed for a great beach holiday at any time of the year!

we would not stay here again or use unwind holidays

the location was wonderful

the local booking agent very unprofessional. They randomly canceled the booking, took wrong amounts from wrong cards and gave no assistance when oven didn’t work

Right on the beach with wonderful views, very relaxing, and shared with our pets.

When we arrived at T A H R E N - B E A C H F R O NT - L O D G E initially couldn't find it. We stopped outside a rather shabby looking beachfront property. I think I offended the host, as I rang them to confirm where it was and described it as shabby! When we went inside, and saw the magnificent view, our opinion soon changed! It was literally a’ Stone's Throw’ from the beach. The large plot was well fenced, we have three Papillon dogs and they loved it. It was absolutely spotlessly clean and very relaxing. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night!

Breakfast was not supplied. The view was the best thing about the holiday

The fly screen door on the main bedroom does not close nor did it have a handle,the glass sliding door in the lounge was very difficult to open/ fly screen did not have a handle on it. The photo on the wall above the lounge needs cleaning ,looks like a child has wiped their nose on the glass. Need more dish detergent. Under the single bed up stairs there was paper and dust .over all the house needs a lot of maintenance to come up to standard for the cost. Also we did not see any complementary bottle of wine. Overall very disappointed . Will not return to that accommodation.

Brilliant location

Location location location was great. The host for the property (Kate from Unwind) was excellent--prompt, helpful, friendly.

Kitchen cupboards and cuttlery, crockery, utensils etc etc weren't very clean. Yard was overgrown with weeds and long grass.

Disappointing and I felt embarrassed with friends especially those using 2 single bedrooms

Beds comfy and great views and location

PLace generally unkempt - fridge dirty, no light globes in most lights, curtains falling off railings and wall and grubby, most fly screens fell off doors, grubby looking doona covers etc ( glad we bought own linen), no batteries in some remotes, DVD did not work properly, advertised as 4 bedrooms but only 2 really presentable, exhaust fans in bathrooms and toilet filthy, windows needed cleaning to appreciate views, rubbish under beds, not vacuumed etc - feel property falsely advertised and definitely feel overcharged

Great location and views of the ocean if we could have seen it through the very dirty windows.

The location was amazing but the cleanliness of the windows was not good, considering it was a view of the ocean.

The windows where dirty so you couldn't really see the view, coffee machine didn't work, no salt or other kitchen basics such as paper towel, glad wrap, alfoil, oil to cook with. We needed to empty the dishwasher of clean dishes before leaving, why wouldn't the cleaner just be able to put these away when cleaning. The bathroom door locks but can be pushed open, the balcony screen door from living area kept coming off it's track and no handle on the outside (it was corroded) curtain in kid's bedroom was broken and no screen on some windows, balcony door in first front room upstairs couldn't open. All up, the location was amazing being beachfront and we didn't mind paying the dollars for that, but then you really need to make sure the property also reflects those $$$ paid and I'm afraid the upkeep of the property doesn't reflect this. Remember it's the simple things that make a perfect stay.
