About this house rental
Nestled in Middleton, this attractive house for $189 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Located at the sought after Surfers Parade, 'Willows' offers uninterrupted views of the surf, breathtaking sunsets and tranquil sun rises. This 2 storey family holiday home of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has the best surf and coastal views you could wish for. Just amble across the road to one of the most popular beaches our coastline has to offer. Middleton has simply stunning beaches and is also home to the Southern Right Whales in July –September. At Surfers Parade, you’ll be able to swim, surf, soak up the sun in the warmer months and in the cooler months simply relax, enjoy the view, maybe spot a whale or curl up with a good book. The waterside balcony and the large decking area at the rear of the house, with outdoor furniture, are just the spots for entertaining and relaxation. ACCOMMODATION Accommodation is for a maximum of 8 guests and provided in 4 bedrooms. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bedroom 2 - 2 singles, Bedroom 3 - 2 singles. Downstairs: Bedroom 4 - Double bed. Blankets and doonas, pillows and tea towels are provided. The tariff includes a LINEN package. The LINEN package includes linen for all beds - (fitted sheet, top sheet, pillow cases), a bath towel and a hand towel per person. Beds are made up ready for your arrival. The following features are available for your enjoyment: UPSTAIRS: Open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows that accentuates the unobstructed views, spacious lounge and kitchen, including with a r/c air conditioner, microwave, new Bosch dishwasher, large plasma TV, DVD, CD player/radio. Three bedrooms and bathroom with bath, shower and WC. There is a stair gate at the top of the internal stairs for your convenience with the little ones. There is also a gate at the top of the rear deck external stairs. DOWNSTAIRS: Laundry with washing machine, bathroom with toilet and shower and family room with large plasma TV, electric heater, CD/radio player and table tennis table. There is a Gas BBQ available for use. Please note: We do not have Wi-Fi at the property. Sorry, no pets allowed. This property is a SMOKE FREE ZONE. Ample off street parking is available. Please note: While our cancellation policy is MODERATE (see details), if there is a COVID LOCKDOWN in SOUTH AUSTRALIA during the dates of your intended stay, we will provide a FULL refund.

Great location, quiet inside despite the great sea noises. Good for grandparents downstairs and parents and grandchildren upstairs...all joining together to eat, relax and look at the amazing view out the window.

The directions were clear and there was plenty of onsite parking. The location is one of the most beautiful spots we have stayed, with uninterrupted views of the ocean. There were plenty of sleeping options, great games room (we enjoyed a few games of table tennis). Property was clean and there was ample linen etc. The Kitchen included basic condiments which was appreciated and the equipment and facilities were good. Plenty of space, heating and cooling options and two bathrooms were very convenient, especially liked the very deep bath). The property is walking distance of the town centre and directly in front of the beach. The Property Manager was responsive. We all had a really enjoyable and relaxing time in this stunning beach house.

Best property we have ever rented. As well as the great location, the house was nicely presented and well set out.
It was well stocked with good crockery and cutlery, saucepans etc. Which is a problem in most rentals. The only negative was no WiFi . We would definitely rent again and would thoroughly recommend it to people. Thanks Em

Finding this property for a break leading up to Christmas was very lucky for us, the location just across from the beach is fantastic allowing awesome views. The property itself was spacious, well kept and with 6 of us staying never felt cramped. Looking forwards to booking again, as we have found a new favourite

We loved the location of the property and the views were awesome
Overall our stay was good and Em answered any questions promptly and easy to deal with. Very well equipped kitchen, only negative was the BBQ wasn’t clean and towels were old

Stunning location
We had a fantastic time staying here. Could not beat the location and the view. Despite having horrible weather, the upstairs and downstairs areas were large enough to cater for our young children to stay occupied.
Upstairs area was where we spent most of our time enjoying the views and the beautiful lounge area.
The check in process was flawless and the communication before and through out our stay from Em was excellent. We cant wait to stay here again.

Perfect stay
The house is in a spectacular location with stunning views. Comfortable for two families with two separate living areas. The owner has provided lots of entertainment options and the little things like spices and condiments in the kitchen. It was very windy during most of our visit but it didn’t matter with the homely living/dining area overlooking the ocean. Would definitely go again.

Great beach house with amazing ocean views from the lounge! Perfect location for a nice winter relaxing weekend. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms have warm doonas and heaters, linen and towels provided. Em is super helpful if you have any questions. Will definitely book again!

A great beach holiday
Well presented, comfortable beach house. Ideally situated for easy access to the beach. We have a large family and the house easily accommodated us, the rumpus room was a bonus!

Didn't need the a/c in 40 deg heat
We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a low stress and fuss, high value beach holiday.
The house is extremely well equipped and has a great layout with a room downstairs with table tennis table and TV which was a perfect kids retreat leaving the adults with some peace and quiet with amazing views upstairs.
Being able to walk to the beach removed a huge beach holiday hassle of loading up the car every day.
Overall just a great stay.

A lovely property, clean and well maintained, with a fantastic position overlooking the ocean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding when nights were cold, kitchen was well equipped. Shower pressure was fantastic and plenty of hot water.
