Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Good location in Siem Reap. I enjoyed the food at their restaurant - plenty choices for vegetarians.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and green with plants and foliage. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very happy that they had nice gluten free bread when asked. We had a poolside room - very spacious with nice seating area outside.
Slightly away from the main area, but not really a problem.

Very nice treatment from the girls at the reception desk (especially Justine), and the rest of the hotel staff. The amenities are incredible and we had a very nice and relaxing experience.
We were a couple looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, on two days, the pool (right in front of the rooms) was full of children screaming and splashing around from as early as 7 a.m.
We understand that the behaviour of a few ill-mannered children is not necessarily the hotel’s fault. However, the hotel may want to reconsider its children policy, particularly if it is aiming to attract a more adult-oriented clientele.
