Nice hotel at the beach

The hotel was located within 2 minutes from the beach. We got a room at 20th floor with a sea view. The room was exceptionally clean, everything in a working condition. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the breakfast, with a selection of warm Korean foods together with jam and toasts. The receptionist was very polite and nice.

It was really fab

Within just a short walk to the most beautiful beach- the weather was absolutely fabulous- just a really lovely morning. Hadn’t actually planned to be so far out of central Busan - however I wouldn’t want to have missed the beach so yep happy I stayed where I did. Amazing value for money- I still can’t believe how cheap it was.

Ummm a bit of an early check out but can understand why - nothing really to complain about

Comfortable stay and close to the beach.

The hotel is a short walk from Haeundae beach, and the main shopping mall with restaurants and shops are just a little farther (approximately 500 m). Depending on the route one takes, the route to malls can be dark. There are no restaurants within a 100-200 m from the hotel. But there are 2 24-hour type convenience stalls where one can buy a meal from a chiller/freezer or shelf, and use the microwave in the store to warm/cook it. Breakfast is included in the package for us. The spread is decent but it is more for the locals (rice and hot dishes to go with the rice). There is bread and toaster. Breakfast hours are pretty short from 7 to 9.30 am. We booked a room for 3. The were two separate bedrooms and a living room, which was excellent and comfortable. Rooms are not very big, but the living room with a sofa helped in giving the room look big and useable.

No wardrobe to hang clothes - there was a rail with hangers to hang clothes. No iron in room. No restaurants that are within 100 - 200 m, and having to walk through some dimly lit areas to the restaurants. The area looked safe enough. Nothing really much to complain about. Just be aware that the hotel caters mainly to locals and Asians, so English is not understood by many of the staff. Then again, this might be true of the city but we stayed only 2 days to determine if English is generally not understood by people in the city. But translation technology was a tremendous aid in the city.

Recomendo, bom, boa localização, boa estrutura. Vale a pena.

Quarto pequeno mas bom. Excelente localização, vista bonita da janela. Bom café da manhã, atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Serviço de maquina de lavar bom. Tudo excelente!

Estive lá em dia de feriado, o hotel estava lotado, então havia trânsito nos elevadores, cheguei a demorar uns 15 minutos para conseguir descer do meu andar ao térreo. Mas fora esses dias de lotação, nenhuma reclamação.

場所はちょっと不便だがおすすめ

宿泊代も免税してもらえること。朝食付きでメニュー豊富。高層階でケーブルテレビも見れて良かった。無料アップグレードで部屋も広かった。

当日は大雨で地下鉄駅から遠いこと。結局帰りは海雲台駅までタクシー使ってしまった。空港リムジンも減便で時間が合わず残念です。あとユニットバスのドアノブが壊れていました。

Extrem sauberes Zimmer, gut gelegen und sehr guter Service

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, allerdings sehr koreanisch. Frische Früchte wären wünschenswert. Zimmer sind extrem sauber und alles war vorhanden, aber ziemlich klein.

Great locale, miserable pillows n mattress.

Location is wonderful, nice overall hotel. Large asian breakfast provided. A/C worked great!

Rock hard pillows and mattress, made sleep very difficult. Had to go to daiso and buy small pillows to help, pillows gave us both headaches.

English speaking at its very worst

Location and value for money.

The front desk staff is the worst I have ever come across in my life (I used to work as a receptionist and English is not my native language). They simply do not care about the customer. At all. I asked directions from the railway station: the answer was "take the subway"... OK thank you very much. Big smiles but the English level is beyond poor. They do not know the basic sentences to deal with a foreign customer. The only one who speaks decent English has no manners. I asked for an English map of the city and she opened cabinets everywhere to discover to have finished them... I mean: don't you restock your info material? I asked for room cleanings the next day and the lady confirmed it. No cleaning happened. I asked then to have at least my dirty towels removed from my room. I asked it with an online translator, talking to as I she were a little girl. After ten minutes of big smiley eyes and no freaking understanding Iwas getting nervous dealing with this smiley incompetent and I left the front desk out of frustration. I am happy I did not have any emergency.

Very comfortable bed with great Korean breakfast. Convenient location close to the beach, transport and restaurants.

Breakfast time is very busy and often it was hard to get a table. Generally there was a line up to the coffee machine. There were two machines but one would always be out of order.

Hotel is clean, breakfast included. Location very nice. Beach front.

Everyone at the same time check out at 10 a.m. The elevator is very busy. Almost waited for 20 min to get elevator. Toothpaste, tooth brush, coffee stick these common things were not given to room. These things are not included. If anyone needs it, he has to purchase.

Great stay. Rooms were tiny but clean and good location.

Nice lobby. Breakfast was good with good Korean variety and the menu changed a little everyday. Room was very clean and beds comfortable.

Room was just a little small for large luggage as no space to even open it, but I just pushed it under my bed.

Great hotel

Staying at this Hotel made my stay fulfilled. The room was large enough for me with a 28" luggage size. Hotel facilities were provided and easy to get for your need each day. I will stay here for sure on my next visit to Busan.

The hotel may need to provide a tag sign to inform the housekeeper to know whether the room needs to be cleaned or not. The only problem I had was so difficulty communicating with the housekeeper, as she came to me and spoke in Korean, which I couldn't understand. I asked if she meant to clean the room then please do. And I even act sweeping the floor to her. She said yes. Then when I reach the room in the evening, towers and water were left in front of the room. I stay for 3 nights without cleaning and filling up the bath/toilet staff or cleaning rubbish cans.

Clean, nice breakfast, good location, ocean view, helpful staff (did not speak English well, but used translation apps)

The room was very cold, especially at night, there is a cold air flow coming from the window. We were given an extra blanket and a portable heater so it was okay after the first night though. The bathroom is very small and feels like it's from the 70s. Check-out is early (10am) and if you want room service you have to leave your room between 10am and 4pm. You could still cancel the room service in the morning though.
