The staff was amazing specially Mr . Ebram facilitated me throught out the trip. A must visit place incase you are travelling alone or with family.

We have stayed many times at this hotel in transit to Europe. It’s very clean and comfortable and location is excellent. It’s only about a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the Deira Shopping Mall. You are able to walk through the mall in about 10 minutes to the train station and go to the Dubai Mall.

I liked my stay here in general. The room is very spacious and the location is excellent; breakfast service is great as well as the Front Desk team, although there’s few things for feedback:
1. The gym opens at 8:00 AM, which is too late. I managed to use it at 7:00 AM once because the door was open, but the next day they locked it. There are CCTV cameras everywhere, so opening earlier shouldn't be an issue and I don’t think there’s a lot of guests using the gym that early. Perhaps you can mention that there will be no service prior the opening time.
2. The soundproofing is really pretty bad. I could easily hear the doors from the next room - which I don’t mind but the drainage noise from upstairs was the most annoying part.
Overall a good stay, but they really need to open the gym earlier and fix the room noise.
Sound proofing is super bad!!
