Wonderful Hidden Gem just outside of Florance! We had an absolute delightful stay at this exceptional 16e century enjoying tuscany countryside while easy drive to Florance. From the moment we arrived, the owner Costanza—who leads this incredible 6th-generation family business alongside her sister—and the entire staff were very warm and friendly to our family and kids, making us feel completely at home in this wonderful estate. Easy what app message and they helped with everything The absolute highlight of our trip was the 5-course cooking workshop. It took place right in the kitchen of the parents who live in this magnificent grand villa, which is filled with beautiful, authentic Renaissance elements. It felt so incredibly special to learn to cook inside an actual, lived-in family home rather than a commercial kitchen. Before cooking, we went out into the villa's stunning gardens to collect fresh herbs ourselves—a unique addition to the experience that our family loved. We even got to cook using olive oil that had just been harvested fresh from the garden! To make the evening even better, we invited our cousin and a friend who were staying in Florence to join us for dinner afterward. They absolutely loved it as addition to their city stay. The service throughout our stay was fantastic. We had breakfast prepared for us a few times, and depending on the weather, they would serve it either inside or right outside on our lovely private terrace. It was late October during our visit, but I can easily imagine that even with much colder winter weather, a stay here would be absolutely lovely because the indoor atmosphere is just so incredibly warm and cozy. If you want an authentic, warm, and historically rich Tuscan experience that is welcoming to children or stay with friends, Villa Il Paradisino is an absolute dream. We cannot recommend Costanza's hospitality and the cooking class enough!

Friendly welcome. Great location. Lovely grounds which were most welcome after a day in the city. Spacious apartment with lots of character. Very convenient for the train into Florence. It is a great pity we had to curtail our visit due to a family matter.

The only thing I could suggest is an additional light in the kitchen. The light over the cooker was good but the sink area was very dark.

Villa Il Paradisino is an amazing location to meet friends and family. The apartment is spacious and cool, and has every amenity needed. The beds were very comfortable. Maddelena and Costanza are extremely helpful, with requests for the room, as well as good recommendations.
