bathroom needs renovation badly, breakfast could cover a bit more items.

Easy to get to from the bus station with Metro. Walkable distance to the city center. The area felt safe for a female solo traveler even at night. Comfortable bed. Drinkable water from water dispenser.
Bathroom not clean, needs deep cleaning and removal of mold from the walls. Limescale on the shower glass door and dirty inside toilet bowl. Room isolation was bad, I could hear people outside of my room in the corridor.

The room was in a quiet location, a 20 minute walk from the city centre with some nice cafés, restaurants and the lovely botanic gardens nearby. Breakfast coupons for two local cafés worked well.
Quite thin walls and the shower needs a deep clean.
