The flat was very nice and clean, and the location is excellent, right in the historic centre of town. We stayed as three people and had plenty of sleeping space, with two double beds in two separate bedrooms and a single day bed in the living room.
The host was very friendly and welcoming, and we had the chance to meet him in person.
There is also a lovely rooftop balcony, which is a great spot for a coffee in the morning or to relax around sunset.
We had to park at a 5 minutes walk from the flat on public car park
Being right in the historic centre means there can be some noise, particularly in the morning, as there are restaurants and other businesses nearby. This is understandable considering how central the location is, but worth keeping in mind if you are a light sleeper.
The main issue for us was the layout and privacy. The property appears to have been divided into separate accommodation on different floors. The entrance to the flat is separated from the corridor leading upstairs by a thin wooden partition rather than a proper full-height wall. The partition doesn't reach the ceiling, so you can clearly hear people using the corridor and stairs.
There is also a window from the staircase/corridor facing into the flat, which reduces the feeling of privacy and potentially allows people passing upstairs to see inside.
A proper full-height solid wall would make a significant difference to both privacy and sound insulation. Apart from this unusual arrangement, we had a good stay and found the flat clean, comfortable and very conveniently located.

Tutto piuttosto vecchio… Il frigorifero fa talmente rumore da sentirsi fino alla camera da letto. Anche lo split della camera da letto molto rumoroso. Non ho dormito per niente bene. Da non sottovalutare che per raggiungere l’abitazione bisogna percorrere tre rampe di scale con alzate dei gradini altissima.
