Everything was 100/100, top notch facilities and amazing staff. We arrived around 13:00 and were only staying 2 nights but because the day after was friday the canopy walk would be closed. The staff rushed to help us make it in time before closing even though the guide there had already been out in the morning. The room itself was actually very modern and recently renovated, and the aircon was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast was also very good for 20 rm. location is also only 5 mins walk away from the floating restaurants and jetty. You can also book activities directly with them and the prices are very reasonable.

It was clean. Close to nice restaurant on riverbank
We were informed the canopy walkway was opened but closed on Fridays. When we got there they told us it had been closed for weeks for maintenance. We had asked at least twice if a cot was available and they never responded. We got there and was told they have none - not sure why this was an option on booking.com
