As instalações são ótimas, muito confortáveis e bem cuidadas. A localização é excelente e a limpeza também estava impecável.

O único ponto negativo foi a demora no retorno quando entrei em contato solicitando a nota fiscal.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, bem equipado com dois ar condicionados, tv, cama confortável, uma cozinha completa, e a vista é maravilhosa, a melhor de Porto Alegre. Mesmo sendo em uma das avenidas mais movimentadas, o apartamento é extremamente silencioso. É ótimo que tem um portão de saída diretamente para o shopping.

O box do banheiro é um pouco pequeno.

Limpeza (sem lixeiras na cozinha) Entrada (check in) bem dificil junto a portaria No anuncio dizia que tinha cafeteira mas NAO TINHA Cortinas que estavam danificadas e nao funcionavam Cheiro ruim na cozinha Toalha e utensilios de banho de padrao nao condizente com o valor cobrado
